1. Membership
Anyone aged 18 or above can register as a promoter with a valid sponsor ID. One person may hold only one promoter ID, and the details given at registration must be true and complete.
2. Orders and payment
Products are sold at the published DP (distributor price). Business volume (BV) and point value (PV) are credited only after the payment for an order is received in full.
3. Income
Income is calculated as per the company plan in force at the time. TDS, the repurchase share and the administration charge are deducted when income is credited. Income is never guaranteed and depends only on product sales.
4. KYC and withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed only to the promoter's own bank account after KYC (Aadhaar and PAN) is verified.
5. Returns
Sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The BV and PV of a returned order are reversed.
6. Conduct
Promoters must not make false income claims or medical claims about any product. The company may suspend an ID that breaks these terms.
